Developers/Builders please call Erica Cochran at (205) 326-3698 to obtain authorization for building permit. Authorization is needed from Enviro-Systems, LLC for sewer or from Shelby County for septic.

Impact Fees must be paid prior to obtaining the authorization.

Auto Draft

Please contact Customer Service at (205) 437-3779 to provide banking account information. You will need your bank routing number and account number to set up this free payment service. All drafts are pulled on the 15th of each month.

If you are using this service for the first time, you will need to create an account account prior to making your payment. When registering your account, you will need your security code from your billing statement or welcome email.
