1. Where is your corporate office located?

2. What are your business hours?

9:00 a.m. – noon and 1:00 p.m. – 4:00 p.m. – Monday thru Thursday
Office is closed on Friday and on major holidays.

3. When is the best time to call customer service?

9:00 a.m. – noon and 1:00 p.m. – 4:00 p.m. – Monday thru Thursday.  You can also leave a message on the voice mail system at any time.  Please include your name, address, and phone number along with your reason for calling.

4. Where do I pay impact fees?

5. Where do I mail monthly payments by check or money order?

6. To whom do I make my check payable?

7. When is my payment due?

Your payment is due on the 15th of each month.  Please include your account number on your check.

Please note we invoice at the end of each month for service rendered that month.  We do not bill in advance, and we do not require a deposit.

8. Who determines sewer rates and on what are these rates based?

9. Is this a public or privately-owned utility?

This is a privately-owned utility.

10. Is it possible to have a red warning light inside your home?

Yes, any electrician can install a light that is connected to your pump control on your outside wall.  The electrician can run a wire through the wall to the control.
